Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services is the in-house service provider for Mandalay Bay. You can order products and services from MBES and their associated in-house vendors, Edlen Electrical and Encore, by creating an account on their ordering site.
If you are an EAC or third party placing an order on behalf of an exhibiting company, you must follow specific ordering instructions. In addition, you must not perform any services that are exclusive to the in-house service providers.
Below is a breakdown of the services Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services and their associated vendors provide to our exhibitors:
- Booth Cleaning**
- Electric**
- Video Wall Installation (Edlen must oversee installation)**
- Food & Beverage / Catering**
- Furnishings
- IT, Telecom & Internet Services**
- Rigging** (signs over 200 lbs. / requiring electrical + all signs in Mandalay Bay Ballroom) (Rigging requires approval from Shoptalk show management)
**Exclusive services. If an exhibitor needs to order any of the listed services, they must use the vendor/contractor listed. Exhibitors are not allowed to use another company to perform these services, without exception. For all other services, exhibitors may use a vendor of their choice

To receive up to a 30% discount on services, order online.
Minimum labor charge of (1) hour installation and (½) hour for removal.
Electricity will be turned on within 30 minutes of show opening & off within 30 minutes of show closing, show days only. If you require power at any other time, order 24 hour power at double the outlet rate.

Exhibitor Service Desk
There will be service desks manned by Edlen Electrical and Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services available onsite.

Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services Desk
For information and issues regarding internet, Encore rigging, any hotel furniture orders, etc, please visit the built-in service desk location on the first floor of the South Convention Center, in the hallway next to the FedEx Center.
